The County Executive has all the duties of a CEO &ndash; supervising departments, enforcing all laws and ordinances, and overseeing roads, emergency preparedness and economic development.&nbsp; The Executive will preserve natural resources, coordinate all planning for the County, and oversee the County&rsquo;s multi-million dollar budget.&nbsp; The NEXT Macomb will replace inefficiency with proficiency and ineffectiveness with performance.
